SIMPLE, CLEAR & GUEST-FRIENDLY We want your experience with Ethos Bertolina to be effortless from the moment you book. Here’s everything you need to know, presented clearly and with your comfort in mind.  

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in: From 14:00 to 18:00. From 18:00 onwards Self check-in (instructions in the pre-arrival email)
Check-out: until 12:00
We’ll do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

GROUP BOOKINGS
From April to October, we do not accept group bookings. To preserve a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, reservations during this period are limited to a maximum of two rooms.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN?
Our property and many of our wellness programs are child-friendly, making your stay smooth and enjoyable for the whole family.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION (DIRECT BOOKINGS)
Cancellation: Free up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that after this period, if you cancel, modify or do not attend, 20% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
No Show: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
How to cancel: You can use the link in the confirmation email to cancel your reservation.
Prepayment: A 20% prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This ensures your room and dates are fully secured.

TAXES & SERVICE FEES
VAT / Taxes: Room rates already include 6% VAT, so there are no surprises.
City Tax: A city tax of €2 per adult per night applies.
Accommodation Service Fee: Not applicable.
